What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day Return and Refund policy on most products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, reach out and we’ll help make it right.
How do I start the return process?
You can request a return by emailing us at support@grandamericangpx.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the process from there.
What are the criteria for a refund?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories. Items that are used, missing parts, or not in resale condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
What happens if I refuse or do not collect my order?
If an order is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at support@grandamericangpx.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate and get you a replacement or refund ASAP.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest method is to return the item and place a new order for the product you want.
How do I return an item?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
